Yoga can change your life..............but it doesn't have to! For me the discovery of yoga was to transform my whole existence and alter my perception of the world for the rest of my life. The great joy is that yoga can be whatever you want it to be: from a simple exercise routine to a complete workout and from a thought provoking get-together to a whole way of seeing life. Discover yourself with yoga.

About Yoga
Yoga makes you feel good. The practise of yoga can help develop confidence and self-esteem, relieve anxiety and depression. It can build strength and flexibility, increase capacity for stress-proofing, expand your boundaries, consciousness and creativity. It can help you to live your life to its true potential, bringing a more balanced and peaceful state of mind. It can give coping strategies for the ups and downs of life and help combat such problems as asthma, anxiety, arthritis, back ache, blood pressure, digestive disorders, heart problems, panic attacks, menstrual difficulties, menopause and more besides. It can also help through pregnancy.
About You
You do not have to be fit or 'bendy' to come to yoga. It doesn't matter if you are a bit stiff and 'creaky' and haven't exercised for years Yoga classes will give you all you require. You only have to make the effort and COME ALONG.
About Me
I have studied and practiced yoga for over twenty years attaining The British Wheel of Yoga diplomas in Teacher Training, Foundation Course Teaching and Teaching Yoga to Children. After a two-year course at the Royal Homeopathic Hospital, Great Ormond Street, London, I qualified as a Yoga Therapist treating such problems as breathing challenges, digestive disorders, cancer, depression, anxiety, back problems, high blood pressure as well as yoga for pregnancy and 'wellwoman'. I recently graduated from a four month residential course in yogic studies at the Bihar Yoga University in India. As a Yoga Therapist, Teacher and Reiki Master, I truly believe that the Yoga philosophy has something to offer everyone.
